Sony’s KDL-52W4100 (52inch w series) LCD television has been flying up the charts this week, and has overtaken the slightly less potent younger brother, the KDL52V4100 (V series… removes 120hz most notably) as the most purchased and buzzed about LCD television in the 52″ class on many shopping platforms around the web. The Sony Bravia KDL-52W4100 hasn’t been out for all that long, and as such there isn’t a huge amount of Sony KDL52W4100 reviews and expert reports in magazines and on the web to go by at the moment, but of the 30 or so customer reviews and reports I have read, there are many similarities, with the most common similarity being customer and user reporting it as a fantastic deal, a solid performer, and giving it top tier scores in all aspects of HDTV critique. The Sony W4100 models were recently released, and are successors to some of the most popular and praised HDTVs of the last year in the Bravia W3000 series… Coming in three sizes, the Sony Bravia KDL40W4100, KDL46W4100, and KDL52W4100 (40”, 46” and 52 inch respectively) are some of the most anticipated LCD televisions this year, and as such there are quite a few early KDL52W4100 and W4100 series reviews floating around signing praises and discussing what features and elements are making the Sony KDL52W4100 LCD one of the better decisions a shopper can make right now when buying a 52” full high definition lcd television.

“Out of the box amazing TV…”
I bought the Sony Bravia KDL-52W4100 back in June, and am absolutely still pleased with the unit 2 months later of heavy daily usage in various ways. I have used to KDL52W4100 to watch Blu-Ray movies, unconverted standard DVDs, regular cable, high definition cable, HD-DVD videos, PS3, Xbox 360, original Xbox and more, so to say the least I have lived with and used the Sony Bravia KDL 52W4100 quite extensively before I wrote this KDL-52W4100 review:
