I just bought this thing, and after using it for about a week now, I thought I would jump on here and share my own personal Samsung LN46A750 review and personal report seeing how all the other great consumers out there that left their own LN46A750 reviews is what initially attracted me to this wonderful 46″ LCD HDTV.

There are plenty of Samsung LN46A750 reviews on the internet at places like Amazon, so I thought I would just cut the normal stuff others all say and just give my footnotes and personal observations after a full week of using it pretty extensively:

Most of what I have to say regards things that could be fixed, or that aren’t perfect… don’t be fooled, I would give this television a near perfect satisfaction rating, 95/100 pretty much, but like I said just a few things I would like to point out in my report, skipping what has already been said a hundred times over, and that’s how truly amazing the LN 46A750 LCD is… what I’ve noticed:

1. I have mounted the LN-46A750 television on the wall about 5 feet up, and the Halo effect some reviewers talked about isn’t all that bad and definitely not enough to make a huge fuss about
2. The televisions menu system is a wee bit touchy, and is quite easy to skip through an item by accident, also the interface seems to have some CPU lag, with it taking a second… nothing major here, just a minor pain sometimes.
3. I think the remote control is quite solid, where other comments and feedback had suggested it is flimsy/not well made
4. A few people suggest plasma hdtv as superior, sales wise LCD reign supreme however, and I decided on the LN46A750 LCD screen over a plasma because its much lighter, consumes a lot less energy (electricity is expensive!) don’t have to worry about plasmas notorious image ‘burning’ famous for wrecking TVs, the difference in contrast and black levels aren’t all that dramatic to the human eye really, and the A750 has some of the best possible if not the best possible on an LCD to make it a nearly unnoticeable difference to the average person.
5. A true professional television calibrator, called this the best LCD screen he has ever seen, and it rivaled a Pioneer Elite plasma (which are widely accepted as the absolute best / high end televisions one could buy)
6. One major advantage the LN46A750 has vs. the LN46A650 that really attracted me to it, was the internal subwoofer, save some money on buying a sound system and the price difference on a750 vs. a650 isn’t all that bad, with plenty of other feature upgrades as well to make it a good upgrade to the 6 series

I’m sure I will find a lot more things I could comment on not already covered in the dozens of reviews of the Samsung ln46a750, but that’s just off the top of my head, I will report back later on any other significant discoveries I make about this nearly NEARLY perfect LCD television

95/100 and two thumbs way up!! – Samsung’s LN46A750 is the absolute best LCD TV bar none!!!
